家庭是影响大学生农村就业的一个重要因素,因而家庭社会资本与大学生农村就业行为有密切的关系。家庭社会资本对大学生去农村的就业意愿、最低工资价位和职业选择的影响显著。母亲的受教育程度、家庭年收入越高,大学生去农村的就业意愿越高,大学生去农村的最低心理工资价位越高;父母的受教育程度越高,大学生去农村更愿意选择从政。
Family is an important factor affecting college students' employment in rural employment. There is a close relationship between family social capital and rural employment behavior of college students. Through empirical analysis, relationship is studied between family social capital and three factors including college students' intention to rural employment, minimum wage and job choices in rural area. Results indicate that family social capital has significant effect on college students' intention to rural employment, minimum wage and job choices in rural area; the higher mother's education degree and family income are, the higher college students' intention to rural employment is; the higher mother's education degree, mother's professional class and family income are, the higher the level of minimum wage of rural employment is; the higher parents' education degree is, the choice is more likely to be political job in rural area.
