通过调整F和TiO2引入量以降低锂铝硅玻璃的高温粘度和析晶温度,改善析晶过程,提高微晶玻璃透明性,以适应浮法工艺需求。并采用X射线衍射分析研究F和TiO2对锂铝硅系统玻璃析晶影响。结果表明:F的引入可以使母体玻璃的高温粘度降低,熔化质量提高,初始析晶峰温度降低。F引入之后随着TiO2含量的减少,初始析晶峰温度升高,析出主晶相的种类没有发生改变,都为β-石英固溶体。当F和TiO2的引入量分别为0.8%和1.0%时,随着晶化温度的升高,析出的主晶相为β-石英固溶体,透明性变差,并且随着晶化时间的延长,析出的β-石英固溶体含量逐渐增加,透明性变差。
The additions of F and TiO2 were changed for decreasing viscosity and crystallization temperature and improving the transparency of the lithium aluminosilicate glass-ceramics for float process. The effect of different additions on the crystallization of specimens was investigated by means of XRD. The re-suits show that the addition of F decreases the viscosity and crystallization temperature of glasses. The crystallization temperature is increased and the main phase is D-quartz with the addition of TiO2 is decreased and the addition of F is increased. The main phase of specimen with 0.8% F and 1.0% TiO2 is β- quartz phase and the crystallization is increased with heat-treated temperature and time increased, which resulted in the low optical transmission.
