英文摘要：

The decision-making activities in the emergency situation provide rich domainal behavior knowledge research back- ground for knowledge management. In view of the shortage of emergency decision-making knowledge and the dynamic evolution of e- mergency situation, this paper proposes an emergency decision-making model of bricolage behavior and improvisation behavior, and constructs a framework of knowledge management capacity based on situation-driven, improvisation and bricolage processes. In this framework system, the paper studies the relational essence and 4 relations based on the situation-driven knowledge management ca- pacity, and the functional mechanism of bricolage and improvisation in the knowledge management process so as to provide theory and methods for the study of situational theory of knowledge management capacity and the guidance of emergency situation evolution analysis.
