纤维智能复合筋及其智能吊杆传感器特性研究

提出在玻璃纤维智能复合筋(GFRP)中布设光纤光栅(OFBG),研制出了GFRP-OFBG传感器.通过位伸试验发现,GFRP-OFBG传感器极限应变约为裸OFBG的1.6倍,接近钢铰线极限应变的75%;通过标定试验,得到了它的应变灵敏度系数.对GFRP-OFBG传感器在吊杆中的布设工艺进行了探索,形成了自监测智能吊杆,并进行了试验,结果表明,GFRP-OFBG传感器能够很好地表征吊杆受力情况,测试结果与实际值非常吻合.

英文摘要:

Because the bare optical fiber Bragg grating(OFBG) sensors' limiting strain is low,and the installation in the arch bridge suspender is inconviem,combining the strength properties of glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP) with the sensing properties of OFBG,a new kind of smart GFRP-OFBG composite bars have been developed in this paper. It is verified that the GFRP-OFBG sensors' limiting strain is 1.6 times,and close to 75% of that of the steel strand, through tensile experi ment ,and theirs sensitivity coefficient is gotten by calibrating experiment. The installation of GFRP-OFBG sensors have been explored in the arch bridge suspenders. The self-monitoring intelligent suspenders have been made. The testing results show GFRP-OFBG sensors can represent the overall stress of suspender, and the measurement result is well coincided with the practical value.
