通过考察不同水力停留时间(HRT)下NI-L+-N和COD去除率的变化规律,确定了聚乙烯醇一体式膜生物反应器的最佳HRT为6h。在试验条件下,测得膜的临界通量约为14.0L·h^-1·m^2,在次临界通量10.0L·h^-1·m^2运行有利于系统长期稳定的运行,当膜通量为20.5L·h^-1·m^2,大于膜的临界通量时,运行期间,过膜压差基本无稳定阶段,而是从开始运行便几乎呈直线性上升,表明发生不可逆污染现象。可见,为保证系统能够长期稳定运行,须操作在次临界通量以下。
The best hydraulic Retention Time (HRT) was 6h through investigating effect of HRT on NH4+-N and COD removal rate. The results showed that the critical flux was 14.0 L·h^-1·m^2, the system can run stable at 100 L·h^-1·m^2. The systems become unstable if the flux was more than critical flux which could lead to irreversible pollution.
