Induces and analyzes the business process management software （BPM） in various fields. Presents the credibility definition of BPM software and constructs the BPM credibility evaluation index system of manufacture industry. Introduces in detail the BPM credibility evaluation method with fuzzy analytical hierarchy process （FAHP）, and through the comparison of BPM evaluation by means of FAHP and AHP, it shows that BPM software evaluation of FAPH has smaller calculation and is more practical.
