采用完全液相法制备了Cu-Zn-Al催化剂,研究了表面活性剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)用量对催化剂催化CO加H2合成低碳醇反应性能的影响,并采用XRD、TPR、NH3-TPD-MS等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,增加PVP用量能增大C2+醇选择性而减小甲醇的选择性。PVP用量影响Cu0晶粒度,Cu0晶粒度与醇类选择性有较好的对应关系,Cu0晶粒度越小,甲醇选择性越高,反之则C2+醇选择性越高。
Cu-Zn-A1 slurry catalysts were prepared by a complete liquid-phase technology and characterized by XRD, H2-TPR and NH3-TPD. The effect of dosage of the surfactant polyvinylpyrmlidone (PVP) used for catalyst preparation on the performance of catalysts in synthesis of higher alcohols from syngas was investigated. The results showed that increasing PVP amount could improve selectivity of C2+ alcohols and reduce methanol formation. PVP amount affected Cu~ particle size of the catalysts, which was closely related to selectivity of alcohols. The smaller the Cu~ particle size was, the higher the selectivity of methanol was. The larger the Cu~ particle size was, the higher the selectivity of C_: alcohols was.
