为了能够精确测量 MOV(氧化锌压敏电阻)的老化程度,利用 LPL-2 型直流热稳定仪分别对 MOV 样品进行了正负直流老化实验,然后对老化 MOV 的静态参数进行了测量并描绘出了压敏电压的变化曲线以及小电流区的伏安特性曲线。结果表明:在单一直流作用下,MOV 存在极性效应和伏安特性曲线蜕变,而且其伏安特性曲线蜕变在负向测量时较严重;在正负直流交替作用下,MOV 的极性效应逐渐消失,但其伏安特性曲线仍存在蜕变。这为今后精确表征 MOV 的蜕变程度提供了新的思路。
In order to accurately evaluate the degradation of MOV(ZnO varistor),MOV samples were respectively degraded under positive,negative and alternating positive/negative direct current using a DC thermal stability instrument(LPL-2).The varistor voltage vs degradation time curve and the V-I characteristic curve of MOV were then plotted by measuring the static parameters of the degraded MOV.The results show that,under negative or positive direct current,MOV exhibits the polarity effect and the disintegration of V-I characteristic curve which is more significant when measured in the negative direction.Under alternating negative/positive direct current,the polarity effect of MOV disappears gradually,however,their V-I characteristic curves also show disintegration.These conclusions provide a potential solution to accurately evaluate the degradation of MOV in the future.
