对人工选育的褐绿色、翠绿色、红棕色坛紫菜F1、F2、F3代叶状体在低盐(盐度为15、10)培养条件下的生长和品质进行了研究.结果显示:3种色泽坛紫菜在盐度为15、10的条件下培养20d,均无成熟、腐烂现象发生,藻体长度增长、鲜重增长和总藻胆蛋白含量均高于野生型坛紫菜(对照组).红棕色F。代叶状体与褐绿色、翠绿色藻体及对照组相比,具有明显的耐低盐能力;通过体细胞克隆和单性生殖获得的红棕色F2、F3代叶状体,在盐度为15、10的条件下,长度增长和鲜重增长较F1代叶状体稳定;红棕色R代叶状体,在盐度为5的条件下培养20d,藻体色泽鲜艳,无成熟、腐烂现象发生,生长良好;3~4cm长的红棕色F1代叶状体,在盐度为5的低盐环境中培养20d后,平均长度为(46.66±8.68)cm,比对照组长11.89cm,总藻胆蛋白质量比(干品)达(76.52±3.80)mg·g^-1.由此可见,在盐度为10左右生长良好、性状稳定的耐低盐品系,可为坛紫菜向河口区或低盐水域扩大栽培提供有用的种质.
Growth characteristics and quality contents of breen, emerald and red brown F1 , F2 and F3 thallus ofP. haitanensis cultured for 20 days under the condition of low salinity ( 15, 10) were discussed. The results showed that the three strains ofP. haitanensis were not mature and no rotten phenomenon occurred, and their length-increased, fresh weight-increased and total phycobiliprotenin content were all higher than the wild type (control) after cultured 20 days. F1 thallus of red brown had a significantly higher tolerance than breen, emerald and the control under the condition of low salinity; F2 and F3 thallus of red brown, which selected from somatic cells cultured and parthenogenesis, had stable length-increased and fresh weight-increased as F1 thallus under the condition of salinity 15 or 10 ; F2 thallus of red brown cultured 20 days under the condition of salinity 5, grew well and had bright color, without the occurrence of mature or rotten phenomenon. 3 -4 cm seedlings of the red brown F3 thallus were cultured 20 days in salinity 5 and the results showed that the average length was (46. 66 ± 8. 68) cm, 11.89 cm longer than the control; the average fresh weight was 85. 44 % higher than the control, and the total phyeobiliprotenin content was (76. 52 ± 3. 80) mg·g^-1 (dry), 60. 15 % higher than the control. Therefore, the red brown thin strain which had fast growth and stable characteristics under the salinity 10 could provide useful germplasm for expanding aquaculture to estuary and low salinity areas.
