在AZ91D镁合金消失模型壳铸造的浇注过程中施加垂直方向的机械振动,研究了不同的振动频率和振幅对消失模型壳铸造充型能力的影响,并在不同浇注温度下与未振动条件进行了对比分析。通过对不同参数下获得的AZ91D试样的长度和面积进行分析,探讨了机械振动对消失模型壳铸造镁合金充型能力的影响。结果表明,浇注温度不同的镁合金在机械振动下相比于未振动时充型能力得到显著提高,且浇注温度越低,充型能力的提高幅度越大。在浇注温度为690℃时,充型长度提高了75.6%,充型面积提高了82.3%。随着振动频率和振幅的增加,AZ91D镁合金的充型能力逐渐提高,当振动频率为100Hz,振幅为1.0mm时,消失模型壳铸造AZ91D镁合金的充型能力较为理想。
The mechanical vibration with a vertical direction was exerted on the AZ91 D magnesium alloy produced by expendable pattern shell casting,and effects of vibration frequency and amplitude on filling ability of AZ91 D magnesium alloy were investigated.Meanwhile,comparison between vibration and vibration-free was also analyzed at different pouring temperatures.According to analysis of the length and area obtained at different parameters,effects of mechanical vibration on filling ability of the AZ91 Dmagnesium alloy produced by expendable pattern shell casting were investigated.The results show that filling ability of the alloy with the mechanical vibration greatly improved compared to the alloy without vibration at different casting temperatures,and the lower the pouring temperature,the greater the ability to increase.At 690 ℃,the filling length is improved by 75.6%,and the filling area is increased by82.3%.With the increases of vibration frequency and amplitude,the filling ability of AZ91 Dgradually is increased gradually.When the vibration frequency is 100 Hz and the amplitude is 1.0mm,the AZ91 D magnesium alloy produced by the expendable pattern shell casting exhibits desirable filling ability.
