滤泡辅助性T细胞(Tfh)是最近发现的一群具有B细胞辅助功能的细胞群,在机体体液免疫中发挥重要作用。Tfh是艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染和复制的重要位点,是HIV的重要病毒库。研究发现,Tfh在HIV感染中发生了数量、功能、表型等一系列变化,这些变化可能与HIV感染中体液免疫缺陷的发生有关。HIV感染中,调节性T细胞(Treg)以及新近发现的滤泡调节T细胞(Tfr)与Tfh在数量及功能方面的失衡,可能造成了HIV免疫异常激活及免疫缺陷,这两者在HIV感染中相对数量及功能的变化及其与HIV感染疾病进展的关系,值得进一步深入的研究。
Follicular helper T cells(Tfh)are a newly identified group of helper T cells that play an important role in humoral immunity.HIV infection induces multiple changes in Tfh numbers,function and phenotype ultimately,affecting humoral immunity and the development of HIV-specific neutralizing antibodies.The imbalance of regulatory T cells(Treg)and newly identified follicular regulatory T cells(Tfr)with Tfh in the aspects of numbers and function may be an important reason for abnormal immune activation and immunodeficiency in HIV patients.It needs further research to discover how this imbalance develops and influences the disease progression.
