采用高频旋转电压注入法估算内嵌式永磁同步电机转子位置,提出了通过改进伦伯格观测器对转子位置进行估算的方法.分析了高频旋转电压注入法的基本原理,建立了内嵌式永磁同步电机的数学模型.设计了巴特沃斯滤波器及伦伯格观测器,并以英飞凌XMC4500单片机为核心实现了IPMSM转子位置的估算,通过实验验证了所提出方法的正确性.
A noble method was proposed in this paper which can estimate the location of rotor by improving Bloomberg observer.In this ease the high frequency rotating voltage injection method was adopted to estimate the location of rotor.Meanwhile,the theory of high frequency rotating voltage injection method was introduced and the mathematical model was built.A Butterworth filter and Bloomberg observer was designed,then the algorithm was implemented on XMC4500.The method was proved correct and efficient by experiments and simulations.
