Systematic dynamics character/sties of the risk was discussed in view of systematic dynamics theory. Based on analysis of importance of risk classification, the idea that take the risk factors as a basis of risk classification was presented. The risk classification system mentioned is beneficial to construction of fundamental risk database and improvement of risk analysis and management level.
