为了明确绿盲蝽滞育卵胚胎发育的停滞阶段,对其滞育卵和非滞育卵的发育过程进行了显微和切片的比较观察。在(26±0.5)℃、80%RH和L∥D-16h//8h的试验条件下,使用湿滤纸收集并孵化卵。滞育卵在产后24h内,即形成了单细胞的囊胚层后停滞发育,而非滞育卵随着细胞层的加厚形成胚带并继续发育,经过6d的发育可孵出若虫。通过每天定时向产卵滤纸补充等量水分,非滞育卵的卵重随着胚胎的发育不断增加,而滞育卵由于发育停滞,卵重无明显变化。
To identify when the embryo development is arrested in diapause egg of Apolygus lucorum, a morpho- logical comparative observation was conducted on the embryo development between diapause and non-diapause eggs with microscope and paraffin section. Eggs were collected and hatched with moist filter paper under laboratory conditions at (26±0.5)℃, 80%RH and L//D = 16 h//8 h. Embryo development stagnated after the formation of germ band, within 24 hours after oviposition in diapause eggs, while the embryo continued development with the cell layer becoming thicker to form germ band in the non-diapause eggs. The nymphs hatched after 6 days of development in non-diapause eggs. When the filter paper loaded with eggs was supplemented with a certain quantity of distilled water each day, the weight of non-diapause eggs increased with the development of embryo. However, it did not changed obviously in diapause eggs because of the arrest of development.
