种子发芽是植物成长中的重要环节之一,良好的环境可以大大提高种子发芽率。通过控制催芽室内的温度、相对湿度、光照等参数,为种子发芽创造一个良好的环境,促进种子发芽。采用中央空调控制系统,控制催芽室的温度在18~30℃范围内可调;采用超声波加湿器,控制催芽室的相对湿度在70%~95%范围内可调。安装了光照传感器,分组控制补光灯。触摸屏设计方便用户直观地使用,采用RS232与控制器通信。安装了循环风机和风幕机使环境内温度和相对湿度更加均匀。控制器采用PID算法控制环境精度。目标温度值为28℃、目标相对湿度为90%时.温度控制精度为土0.5℃、相对湿度控制精度为±1.9%。相对于人工气候箱,催芽室空间较大,一定条件下,年产量可达到340万株,甚至更高。

Compared with the artificial climate box, germination chamber has a large space, under certain conditions, annual output could reach 3.4 million or even more.
