基于寿命加速实验的相似理论,采用多通道变电压氯离子渗透实验装置对混凝土进行了加速寿命实验.氯离子的摩尔浓度的负对数(pCl)与其浓度电位呈线性关系.氯离子渗透经过一段非线性阶段后,阳极溶液中氯离子浓度随时间的延长呈线性增加.利用寿命加速实验获得的加速曲线,预测氯离子自然渗透达到临界浓度时所需的时间.结果表明:保护层厚度为25 mm的混凝土的寿命为25.47~26.38a,该寿命加速实验方法可用于预测混凝土的寿命.
Based on the similarity theory of the accelerated life test, the accelerated life test of concrete was carried out with the multi-channel and adjustable-voltage chloride ion penetration test setup. The negative logarithm (pCl) of chloride ion concentration was linear with the concentration potential. The chloride ion concentration in the anode chamber was linear with the time after a stage time. The time of chloride ion reached critical concentration without the external voltages could be obtained by the accelerated curve. The results show that the service life of 25 mm concrete cover is about 25.47 years to 26.38 years, and the proposed method can be applied to predict service life of concrete.
