将职业生涯管理理念引入税务系统人力资源管理当中,通过阐述职业生涯管理的内涵,对我国税务系统公务员的特点及其职业发展现状进行分析,结合税务系统自身工作特点提出建立职业生涯管理体系的具体策略。
This paper,through introducing the connotation of career management,brings career management concepts into human resource management of tax system,then analyzes characteristics of the civil servants in the tax system and their career development situation,finally provides specific strategies for establishing career management system based on the work characteristics of the tax system.
