组织能力差异是企业绩效产出差异的主要来源之一,但以往研究视角层次存在静态性缺陷,且研究结论仅有解释意义,缺少改善作用。从个人领导力与组织动态能力的两个视角,结合企业的生命周期和环境特征,探索领导力与动态能力对绩效产出过程的联动作用,据此对绩效产出过程的内在作用机理进行假设检验。通过向企业CEO发放问卷收集一手数据,运用因子分析、结构方程模型的分析方法验证了领导力、动态能力与企业绩效之间的路径关系;运用多群组结构模型剖析了生命周期和环境动态性对变量路径关系的控制与调节作用。
