大规模、跨流域、跨省、跨区域已经成为我国水电调度的显著特征,并成为制约我国电网安全和经济运行的重大因素随之产生了很多新的复杂调度和运行难题,如巨型电站多振动区、跨省跨区调峰、调度运行中的复杂应用需求和应用系统中实用化求解方法问题等。本文结合工程实践经验,阐述了中国水电调度与运行管理面临的新问题和挑战,针对工程实际中出现的新问题,提出了求解大规模复杂水电站群短期优化调度的总体框架及其求解方法体系。所提出的方法已在背景电网中得到了实际应用,发挥了很好的作用。
The operations of hydropower systems in China have the characteristics of large-scale,inter-basin,inter-province and inter-region,and significantly affect the security and economic operation of power grids.At the same time,many new complicated operation problems,such as multi-vibration regions related to high-head,generating units inter-provincial peak regulation,complex application requirements,applying models to application system are suggested.In this paper,the new challenging problems for the operations of China's fast developing hydropower systems are summarized,and the short term optimal operation solving framework for large scale hydropower systems is propsed.
