高强化柴油机燃烧放热特性影响规律仿真研究

中文摘要:

探索了高强化柴油机燃烧系统匹配的解决途径。首先以德国MTU890高强化柴油机为参考,确定了虚拟高强化柴油机结构参数以及进气、喷油等参数。随后针对双卷流燃烧室,选取内室锥母线夹角、外室直径、外室出口角、内室容积与总燃烧室容积比作为变量,进行了多方案设计。最后对110mm缸径高强化柴油机缸内工作过程进行三维仿真研究,总结归纳了双卷流燃烧室各参数变化对高强化柴油机燃烧性能的影响规律,从而力高强化柴油机双卷流燃烧室优化设计以及系统参数匹配提供了依据。

英文摘要:

The combustion system matching method of high power diesel engine was investigated. First, based on German MTU890 high power diesel engine, the structural parameters were fixed and the intake and the injection parameters were chosen. Then, cone angle of inner-chamber, diameter of outer-chamber, outlet angle of outer-chamber and ratio of inner-chamber to the whole of Double Swirl (DS) chamber were chosen as variables, the designing of DS chamber series was carried out. Finally, simulation research on the working process in-cylinder of high power diesel engine with cylinder diameter 110mm was finished. And the effect law of different chamber parameters in high power diesel engine combustion performance was concluded, which provided results for optimizing the parameters of the DS chamber and a way to match the parameters of the combustion system.
