非异氰酸酯聚氨酯(NIPU)具有特殊的分子结构,其耐化学、抗渗透、粘结及力学等性能均比传统聚氨酯优良.采用自制三元环碳酸酯和脂肪族二元聚醚胺通过喷涂的方式制备了混凝土表面的NIPU防护涂层,讨论了环碳酸酯的制备工艺,重点对防护涂层的拉伸强度、撕裂强度及断裂伸长率进行了测试.结果表明,非异氰酸酯聚氨酯(NIPU)综合性能优于聚氨酯,有望作为严酷环境下混凝土的外防护涂层,提升混凝土耐久性.
The properties of nonisocyanate polyurethane (NIPU5 are superior to the traditional polyurethane (PU) in chemical resistance, penetration resistance, adhesion,mechanics and so on,because of its special molecular structure. The protective coating of NIPU on concrete surface was prepared by spraying process using the key materials of the self-made cyclic carbonates and aliphatic polyether amine. The process of preparing caybonate was discussed, and also the properties of tensile strength,tear strength and elongation of crack were tested. The results show that the NIPU has the better properties than polyurethane (PU), and the NIPU is expected to be used as the external protective coating of concrete under severe conditions to improve the durability of concrete.
