英文摘要：

The attitude of community residents is one of the main factors that affect the sustainable development of tourism. Based on people-oriented consideration,this paper takes seven fishing villages in Daya Bay District in Huizhou,Guangdong as a case,analyzes fishermen＇s willingness and behavior intention of transition from traditional fishing to marine leisure fishery and explains the influencing factors. Results show that most of the fishermen are willing to participate in the development of marine leisure fishery,and the behavior intention of fishermen＇s transition participation has diversity and convergence. The paper suggests that the local government should,according to different transition willingness and behavioral intention,guide the fishermen to orderly participate in the development of marine leisure fishery.
