用20%的草酸溶液沸煮处理80~100目的堇青石载体,考察了酸处理时间对载体失重率、机械强度和比表面积的影响.采用等体积浸渍法在处理后的载体上负载CuO—CeO2活性组分制得催化剂,利用色谱流动反应法进行了活性测试,测试结果表明,在草酸处理2h的堇青石载体上负载15%CuO—CeO2制得的催化剂对CO氧化保持较高的活性和选择性.
Cordierite granule with higher surface rate has been obtained by boiling it in oxalic acid. The effect of treatment time on the carrier loss, mechanical strength and surface rate is studied. By way of soaking,CuO-CeO2 is coated on the cordierite carrier. Gas chromatography is used to test the catalytic property of CuO-CeO2/cord catalyst. It is shown that, when 15wt% CuO-CeO2 is coated on the cordierite and is treated for 2h in oxalic acid,the CuO-CeO2/cord catalyst exhibits a better catalytic activity and selectivity for the preferential oxidation of CO.
