本文运用IDEF0原则,对企业技术创新系统进行了功能建模。在此基础上借鉴B-Z反应模型构造企业技术创新系统协同演化动态分析模型,探索企业技术创新过程中子系统间协同度、政策效应、技术产出三者间的动态演化机制。研究发现:技术研发能力更能提高企业技术产出;协同度越高技术产出能力越强,此时采取政策激励措施效果不明显;相反,弱协同条件下的政策激励对技术产出能力的提高更加显著。
This paper employs IDEFO principle to establish an IDEF0 model and use the famous "B-Z reaction model" to construct co- evolution dynamic analysis model of enterprise technology innovation system to explore the dynamic evolution mechanism of coordination degree between subsystems, policy effect and technology output. The results reveal that compared with enterprise technology absorption capacity, technology research ability can be more easier to improve enterprise technology output. The stronger the coordination degree, the higher the technical output. If the incentive policy is adopted simultaneously, the effect is not obvious. On the contrary, if the in- centive policy takes place under weak coordination condition, it would significantly promote the technical output capacity.
