延长无线传感器网络生存时间的有效方法是让冗余节点进入休眠状态。而现有研究多是基于传感器感知模型为圆形的假设前提。该文集中讨论传感器感知模型非圆时,覆盖与连通性之间的联系,并提出适用性更广的WPCS(Well-Proportioned Coverage Strategy)覆盖策略。WPCS覆盖策略以最小化重叠面积为准则,其目的是最大化网络生存时间。仿真实验表明,WPCS性能优于CCP(Coverage Configuration Protoc01),且具有一般性,并能很好地减少工作传感器数目,延长网络寿命。
An effective approach for extending wireless sensor network lifetime is scheduling sleep intervals for extraneous nodes. But most of the existing coverage protocols are based on the circular sensing module. So, how to combine consideration of coverage and connectivity maintenance in a single activity scheduling is discussed in this paper, when the sensing module is not circular. The Well-Proportioned Coverage Strategy (WPCS) is presented which extends the lifetime of sensor network by minimizing the overlap area. Simulation~ show that WPCS outperforms Coverage Configuration Protocol (CCP) and is suitable for various situations. It effectively reduces the number of activity nodes and extends the lifetime of sensor network.
