系统地研究了电晕放电等离子体杀菌的效果。首先对正负电晕杀菌效果的差异进行对比;然后选择电晕放电电压范围更大的负电晕,进行杀菌参数对杀菌效果的影响研究。在其他放电条件相同时,正电晕的杀菌效果优于负电晕。研究发现,在负电晕条件下,杀灭率随着放电电压的升高、放电时间的延长、电极间距的减小而升高,另外杀菌效果与细菌种类也存在一定的关系。
This paper studies the sterilization by corona discharge plasma. This paper firstly contrasts the sterilization results of the positive and negative corona discharge plasma and then chooses the negative corona with a wider range of discharge voltage for the research on the influence of sterilization perameters on the results. The sterilization results of the positive corona discharge plasma are better than the that of the negative one with the same other discharge conditions. The research shows that in the negative corona discharge condition, the sterilization rate rises as the discharge voltage goes up, the sterilization time goes longer, and polar distance goes smaller and there exists some relationship between sterilization rate and bacteria categories.
