以新型环金属Ir(Ⅲ)配合物2-苯并噻吩吡啶(btp)2Ir3-乙酰基樟脑(acam)为磷光发光客体,掺杂在PVK+30%PBD主体材料中,制备了红色聚合物发光器件,同时测试了配合物在溶液中的紫外-可见光(UV-Vis)吸收光谱、光致发光(PL)光谱、PL效率、热稳定性和循环伏安曲线。结果表明,位阻基团acam的引入有效改善了配合物在溶液中的荧光光谱、量子效率。器件的测试结果显示,当掺杂浓度为5%时,电致发光(EL)光谱最大发射峰在623nm,启动电压为7.2V;在15.7V时器件最大亮度为4 127cd/m2,在11.6V时最大亮度效率为4.1cd/A,CIE色坐标值为(0.66,0.32)。
The red polymer emitting device was made with new-style ring metal Ir(Ⅲ)complexes(btp)2Ir(acam)("btp"is 2-benzo thiophene pyridine and"acam"is 3-acetyl camphor)as phosphorescence luminous object and mixed in host materials,PVK+30%PBD.Meanwhile,the complexes′ultraviolet absorption light,photoluminescence light,photoluminescence efficiency,thermal stability and cyclic voltammograms cure in the solution were tested.The results show that the introduction of steric hindrance base group,3-acetyl camphor can improve the complexes′fluorescent light and quantum efficiency in the solution.The device′s test results show that with the doping concentration of 5%,the strongest emission peak of the electroluminescent spectra is located at 623nm and the trigger voltage is 7.2V.When it is15.7V,the greatest brightness of the device is 4127cd/m2,the greatest luminance efficiency is 4.1cd/A when it is 11.6V,and the color coordinates of CIE are(0.66,0.32).
