为实现制造业向能源节约型增长方式的转变,运用数控铣床模拟加工能耗预测技术为铣削加工过程中能源的精细管理提供支持,针对数控铣床加工工件能耗消耗预测问题,分析了数控铣床耗能元件,结合数控铣床各耗能元件的能耗特征将其分为负载有关与负载无关两类,建立了数控铣床加工工件的能耗预测模型。通过CAM软件模拟铣削加工过程,自动生成NC代码并解析各耗能元件的运行状态参数信息,提出了解析NC代码预测数控铣床铣削加工能耗的方法。最后,通过一个具体铣削加工实例将预测加工能耗与实际加工能耗进行对比,验证了该数控铣床加工工件能耗预测方法的有效性。
Toochieve the change of manufacturing to the growth mode of energy saving,the energy consumption prediction technology of CNC milling machine simulation processing was used to provide support for energy precision management in the process of milling, aiming at the problems of energy consumption prediction for CNC machine tool milling workpiece. The CNC milling machine energy dissipative element, according to the energy consumption characteristics of the CNC milling machine the energy dissipation element it can be divided into the load on elements and the load independent elements, an energy consumption prediction model of NC milling machining was established. CAM software was used to simulate processing for the automatic generation of NC code, and parse the device parameter information of energy dissipation in running state ,a method of parsing the NC code to predict the energy consumption was presentea~ Finally, through a milling example comparing the predicted process in energy consumption with the actual process energy consumption, verified the feasibility of this energy consumption prediction model.
