安全因素是相互影响的,应从整体的角度对工程施工实施评价。本文依据人为因素分析和分类系统(HFACS)框架,在确定施工作业安全的人为因素及其分类、分层关系的基础上,采用结构方程模型研究确定因素的相关性系数,以此为基础得到判断矩阵,利用层次分析法(AHP)建立模型并确定因素的权重。通过因素的重要性排序分析,找到施工的安全管理薄弱环节,提高安全生产水平。
Safety factors that influence each other should be evaluated and considered as a whole. This study adopts a structural equation model to calculate correlation coefficients based on analysis and classification system of human factors and identification of classification and hierarchical relationship of human factors. The weights of human factors were determined using a judgment matrix and an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model. With an analysis on the rank of the factors in importance, we have revealed weak links in the safety management and thus improved the safety of construction operation.
