为了减小直线电机和感应板的间隙以提高直线电机工作效率,便于直线电机安装和减小直线电机对转向架结构设计要求,提出一种采用独立旋转车轮的直线电机地铁车辆转向架.利用多体动力学软件SIMPACK,对采用独立旋转车轮的直线电机车辆系统进行动力学计算.动力学仿真分析结果表明,采用独立旋转车轮的直线电机车辆具有良好的运行平稳性和曲线通过性能,满足城市轨道交通车辆的要求.
To increase working efficiency of linear induction motor (LIM) by decreasing the clearance between LIM and reaction plate, a new structure bogie with independent rotating wheel (IRW) for LIM metro vehicle was presented, which was convenient for installation of LIM and lowered the design requirements of bogie structure required by LIM. By using the multi-body dynamics application SIMPACK, the dynamic performance of LIM metro vehicle with IRW is calculated. The dynamic simulation analysis result indicates that LIM metro vehicle with IRW has good dynamic performance in stability and curve negotiation.
