本文从双元学习理论视角出发,构建了联盟企业技术能力提升过程模型,采用结构方程模型对影响技术能力提升过程的企业知识状态、战略柔性、联盟网络结构及双元学习的影响机制进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:知识状态、战略柔性、网络结构均显著地正向影响利用式学习和探索式学习;利用式学习和探索式学习均显著地正向影响技术能力;知识状态、战略柔性对技术能力影响不显著;网络结构显著地正向影响技术能力;利用式学习和探索式学习在知识状态、战略柔性、网络结构与技术能力之间起到中介作用。
Building on the exploitative and explorative learning theory,the authors develop a alliance enterprise technological capabilities upgrading process model.Then this paper empirically makes an analysis of the relationship between the state of knowledge,strategic flexibility,alliance network structure,exploitative-explorative learning and technological ability.The results show that the state of knowledge,strategic flexibility and network structure are both positively related to exploitative and explorative learning;Exploitative and explorative learning are both positively related to technological capability;No significant direct effect of the state of knowledge,strategic flexibility on technological capability;The network structure is significantly and positively related to technological capability;Exploitative and explorative learning plays an intermediary role between the state of knowledge,strategic flexibility,network structure and technological capability.
