Livable city planning is a specialty planning at master planning level. Implementation oriented livable city development should deal with practical problems, establish a scientific framework with problem-analysis-solution and investigation-planning-implementation approaches, set up an evaluation method, enhance public participation, arrange livable city space and build project archives. Livable city planning stresses feasibility and guarantees its implementation with foregoing measures.
