设计了三自由度微小孔超声振动钻削并联机床,该机床由超声振动钻削主轴、三维纯平移并联机构及相应的控制设备组成。其中超声振动钻削主轴可以在钻头高速旋转的同时产生超声轴向振动。三维纯平移并联机构由3条支链及固定平台、动平台组成,其竖直方向的平移作为钻头工作的进给,水平方向相互正交的两个平移作为钻削时孔的定位,工件一次装夹就能进行多孔钻削。
Based on high frequency vibration cutting theory, a kind of three-degree of freedom (3-DOF) parallel machine tool with ultrasonic longitudinal vibration drilling device for micro holes was designed, which was composed by ultrasonic longitudinal vibration drilling device and 3-DOF parallel machine tool. The results show that high rotary and feed movement of machine tool can be achieved easily, which afford advantageous condition to precision and ultra-precision machining of micro holes in all soft materials. It can improve the machining accuracy and surface quality of micro holes.
