随班就读是我国特殊教育的主要安置形式之一,其效能及其实现是一个迫切需要探讨的主题。本文认为,促进随班就读效能的实现可以从以下几个方面来努力:促进特殊儿童和普通儿童相互支持,共同成长,最终通过个人潜能的发展与对社会的适应达成生活质量的提升;促进教师形成专业共同体,密切协作,共同发展;推动学校形成民主、平等、包容、尊重、共享的文化,增进学校应对多元教育需求的能力;向社会大众传达融合性文化。
Inclusive education, an increasingly important form of education placement, is a hot topic, the re- search into whose effectiveness is urgently needed.
