采用实证研究方法对中国企业组织创新氛围的维度及测量进行研究。采用开放式问卷收集了555条描述,归类分析表明,中国情境下企业的组织创新氛围包括8个方面,并在此基础上形成开放式问卷。283份有效问卷的探索性因子分析表明,组织创新氛围是一个8因素的结构,包括:理念倡导、市场引导、评价激励、学习培训、沟通合作、典型示范、资源保障和授权支持。8因素又从属于更高阶的潜变量:价值导向、制度激励和人际互动。来自24家企业493份有效问卷的验证性因子分析验证了组织创新氛围的结构效度,内部一致性分析和回归分析的结果也表明,量表具有较好的信度和效度。
Based on literature review and grounded theory research method, this paper reports a series of studies designed to identify dimensions innovative climate in Chinese organizations. In the first study, the critical behavior incidents of innovative climate were collected using open-ended questionnaire. A total of 555 items was generated by 43 part-time MBA students. Eight categories were emerged with inductive method including value advocation, market orientation, appraisal and motivation, training and learning, communication and cooperation, resources ensuring, example demonstration, empowerment and support. In the second study, 283 part-time MBA students consist- ed of the sample and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) were employed to identify the construct of the Chinese measurement of innovative climate. In the third study, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was applied to test the validity of the measure using a sample of 493 employees from 24 companies. The scale of innovative climate in Chinese companies had high reliability estimates and acceptable evidences for construct validity. The implications of new scale of innovative climate in Chinese finns were discussed together with other scales developed western contexts.
