采用多案例研究方法,对中国家族企业分家的典型案例进行了分析归纳,依据驱动因素(重组或衍生)和分家后关系(竞争或互补)将其分为四类,分别从家族治理、家族创业和企业家人力资本视角剖析分家的作用机制。研究发现,分家并不必然造成企业衰败,分家过程中保持家族成员关系的和谐及后期的相互扶持或良性竞争,有利于家族企业或企业家族的持续发展。
Using the multi-case study method, the paper analyzed and summarized the separation of the typical Chinese family business, based on driving factor (recombination or derivation) and relations after the separation (competition or complement) to divide them into four categories, analyzing the separation mechanism from the angle of the family government, family business, and entrepreneurs human capital. The research discovered that the separation does not necessarily lead to business downfall, and it is conducive to the sustainable development of family business or enterprise family if the separation process maintains the harmonious relationship between family members and later on they support each other or compete healthily.
