We proposed a new lattice Boltzmann model for the small disturbance subsonic-potential flows. Using Chapman-Enskog expansion and multi-scale technique, we obtained a series of lattice Bohzmann equations and the equilibrium disturbance functions that satisfied with the small disturbance subsonic linear flows equation. The numerical simulation agreed with the classical result well.
