以LiOH、FeCl2.4H2O、SiO2为原料,采用低温水热法制备Li2FeSiO4正极材料,并用X粉末衍射仪,红外吸收光谱仪和充放电对材料进行了表征。对比使用和不使用表面活性剂CTAB(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵)进行材料合成所获得的Li2FeSiO4正极材料在化学储锂性能上的差异,分析不同CTAB的加入量对所制备的Li2FeSiO4正极材料电化学储锂性能上的影响,测试结果表明使用CTAB合成的Li2FeSiO4正极材料表现出良好的电化学性能,其中用n(CTAB)∶n(FeCl2.4H2O)=0.5∶1合成的Li2FeSiO4正极材料电化学性能最优。
In this paper,Li2FeSiO4 was prepared by hydrothermal technique using LiOH,FeCl2·4H2O and SiO2 as starting materials.The sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscopy and charge and discharge.When CTAB was used as surfactant to synthesize the Li2FeSiO4 cathode material,it showed better electrochemical properties compared with the pristine Li2FeSiO4.When surfactant(n(CTAB)∶n(FeCl2·4H2O)=0.5∶1) was used,the resulting Li2FeSiO4 exhibited the best electrochemical properties among the three samples.
