为了使GIS应用系统的开发可以在单一环境和工作流中进行,使用分布于网络上的任何地理数据和操作,消除地理信息应用之间及地理应用与其他信息技术应用之间的“鸿沟”,建立一个无“边界”的、分布的、基于构件的地理数据互操作环境。采用Ajax技术设计并实现了基于OpenGIS的WebGIS客户端,提出了各项系统功能解决方案,通过局部刷新的方式来更新页面,减少了用户的等待时间,增强了用户体验。基于OpenGIS开发,使客户端能够访问任何符合OpenGIS规范的地图服务器,减轻了服务器压力,同时有利于数据共享。
In order to develo PGIS applications in a single environment and work flow, to use geographic data and operations in any distribution networks, to climate the "gap" among geographic information applications and between the geographic application and other information technology applications, and to establish a "borderless", distributed, component-based geographic data interoperability environment, a WebGIS client based on OpenGIS by Ajax is designed. The associated system solutions are proposed. The design option of updating pages is partly achieved to decrease the user' s waiting time, and enhance user' s experience. Because of Open- GIS-based, it can access any map servers which meet norms of the OpenGIS, so that it can reduce the stress of the server and also be beneficial to the sharing of data.
