目的观察血必净注射液对慢性肺心病急性期患者肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）的影响。方法将90例慢性肺心病急性期患者随机分成对照组与观察组。对照组45例,予吸氧、抗感染、平喘、祛痰、利尿、强心等西医常规综合治疗;观察组45例,在西医常规综合治疗基础上予血必净注射液50 ml加入生理盐水100 ml,静脉滴注,2次/日,共用7 d。两组患者于治疗前、治疗后第7 d抽取外周血,采用化学发光法检测血清TNF-α、IL-6。结果治疗后两组患者TNF-α、IL-6均显著低于治疗前（p〈0.05）,观察组又显著低于对照组（p〈0.05）。结论血必净注射液能够降低慢性肺心病急性期患者外周血中TNF-α、IL-6水平。
英文摘要：
Objective To observe the effect of Xuebijing Injection on tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） and interleukin-6（IL-6） in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic cor pulmonale.Methods Ninety patients with acute exacerbation of chronic cor pulmonale were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group.The control group contained forty-five cases,were treated with common medical treatments such as oxygen therapy,anti-infection,relieving dyspnea,facilitating expectoration,diuresis and cardiotonic agents.The experimental group contained forty-five cases also.Besides common medical treatments,they were treated with Xuebijing Injection 50ml diluted with saline 100ml,twice a day,7 days in all.TNF-α and IL-6 were detected by methods of chemoluminescence in two groups before and 7 days after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 were significantly lower than that before treatment in two groups（p0.05）,and they were significantly lower in experimental group than that in control group（p0.05）.Conclusion Xuebijing Injection reduced the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic cor pulmonale.
