盾构隧道内力分析方法的对比研究

摘要:阐述了修正惯用法、弹性支承法和梁-弹簧-压杆法的计算原理,结合某盾构隧道实例,分别运用3种方法对比分析了盾构隧道弹性抗力的分布特点和规律及其对结构内力的影响。研究表明:管片接头效应主要影响衬砌弯矩,对衬砌轴力影响有限;径向弹性抗力有助于削弱管片衬砌弯矩,增大管片衬砌轴力;修正惯用法获得的弯矩值最大,弹性支承法次之,梁-弹簧-压杆法最小,而轴力值基本不受分析方法的影响。建议盾构隧道初步设计时采用修正惯用法,施工图设计时采用可编程的弹性支承法,工程研究分析时采用梁-弹簧-压杆法。

英文摘要:

In this thesis, the calculation principles were described respectively in relation to the modified routine method, elastic supporting method and the beam-spring-compression bar method. Combined with a certain example of shield tunnel, the distribution characteristics and distribution laws of elastic resistance of shield tunnel as well as its influences on structure's internal force were comparatively analyzed by using the three methods. Consequently, some conclusions were drawn as follows. The segment joint mainly has some influence on the lining's bending moment, but it has little influence on the lining's axial force. The radial elastic resistance would help to diminish the bending moment of segment lining, while it would increase the axial force of segment lining. The bending moment value calculated by modified routine method is the biggest, next is the value by elastic supporting method, and the value by beam-spring-compression bar method is the minimum. Moreover, there is little influence of different analysis methods on the axial force value. It is suggested that: using modified routine method for doing preliminary design of shield tunnel, using elastic supporting method for doing construction documents design, and using beam-spring-compression bar method for doing engineering research and analysis.
