He received his M.S. degree and Ph.D. degree from Dalian Naval Academy in 2005 and 2009, respectively. He presently works as a postdoctoral researcher in the Scientific Research Department of Dalian Naval Academy. He has about 30 publications in journals and conferences. His research interests include uncer- tain decision-making, game theory and its applicationin command and control, information system engineering, and fuzzy sets theory. He received his M.S. degree from Management College of Dalian University of Technology in 1995, and Ph.D. from College of Marine Engineering at Northwest Poly- technical University in 2011. He attended advanced studies at Department of Computer at Zhejiang Uni- versity from 1986 to 1987. He is a distinguished pro- fessor of military software engineering and professorof military system engineering at Dalian Naval Academy. His research interests include operation research and system engineering theory, soft- ware quality management, with particular emphasis on military software engineering.
