采用CFD模拟方法比较600MW同等级核电机组空气冷却塔(空冷塔)与火电机组空冷塔在不同风速下的热力性能,得到了不同环境温度下机组背压与风速变化的相应关系。分析结果表明,空冷塔规模越大,抗风能力越强;在同等发电功率下,核电机组空冷塔的规模远大于火电机组。因此,可以借助已经成熟运行的火电机组空冷塔的运行经验为未来核电机组空冷的应用提供参考。
On the basis of CFD software,the thermodynamic performance of cooling tower in a 600 MW nuclear power unit was compared with that of a thermal power unit with the same scale,under conditions with different wind speeds. Relationship between the unit back pressure and wind speed variation at different environmental temperatures was obtained. The results show that,the larger the air cooling tower's size,the stronger the wind resistance ability. With the same power generation,the size of the air cooling tower in nuclear power unit is far larger than that of the thermal power unit. Therefore,the successful operation experiences of the air cooling towers in thermal power units can be used as the references for that in nuclear power units in future.
