By analyzing the causes of accidents in China coal mine in 2005 - 2014, from the five aspects of coal miners＇ individual, organizational management, population, leadership and environmental as the research object, influence factors on human unsafe behavior are specifically summarized. Based on the Grey System Theory, the effects of miners＇ unsafe behavior on human factor accidents are discussed, to identify the dynamic development rules.
