通过分析2005—2014年我国部分煤矿事故致因,选取煤矿员工个体、组织管理、群体、领导、环境5个方面,对人的不安全行为影响因素进行详细的归纳总结。结合灰色系统理论,衡量煤矿员工不安全行为影响因素同人因事故的作用程度,以辨清其内在动态发展规律。
By analyzing the causes of accidents in China coal mine in 2005 - 2014, from the five aspects of coal miners' individual, organizational management, population, leadership and environmental as the research object, influence factors on human unsafe behavior are specifically summarized. Based on the Grey System Theory, the effects of miners' unsafe behavior on human factor accidents are discussed, to identify the dynamic development rules.
