由于城市规划、建设对城市水环境约束考虑不足,水体污染得不到有效控制。为了能够系统、全面、快速地对城市健康水系统进行模拟及决策,本文以两江新区为研究区域,基于GIS技术建立了两江新区健康水系统构建决策支持系统,对海量水系数据进行集成管理,围绕自然水循环和社会水循环过程,集成了水文响应模型、水体环境模型以及健康度评价模型,研究了不同城市发展情景下水环境演变趋势,为两江新区健康水系统的构建提供决策支持。
Water pollution cannot be effectively controlled because urban planning and construction have insufficient consideration of constraints on urban water environment. In order to simulate and make policy for Healthy Aqua-ecosystem comprehensively and quickly,this paper take Liangjiang area as its research region,a decision support system is developed for the Healthy Aqua-ecosystem of Liangjiang on Geographic Information System,to integrate and manage massive date of water system. Rounding the process of natural circulation and social cycle,it integrates hydrological response model and water environment model and assessment model for health degree. This paper research water environment evolution tendency under different background of cities,and it can provide decision support for the construction of Healthy Aqua-ecosystem of Liangjiang.
