英文摘要：

Objective To explore the feasibility of rapid detection of skin disinfection effect with direct sampling paper disk method. Methods The paper disk method by which the samples were sampled from the paper disk attached directly to the skin was used for detecting the skin disinfection effect. The standard method that cotton swab sampling detection method was used as parallel control for comparing the results of the two methods. Results Under the same bacterial contamination operation,with the same kind of test bacterium and the same sampling inspection method,two kinds of bacterial concentration suspension,the recovery rate of bacteria of high concentration was lower than the low concentration; with the same kind of test bacterium and the same kind of bacterial concentration suspension,two kinds of sampling detection methods,the recovery rate of bacteria of the paper disk method was higher than the standard method,and the difference of the two methods was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The recovery rate of bacteria of the paper disk method is higher than the standard method. The operation of the paper disk method is simple and the culture time is shorter than the standard method,which suggests that the paper disk method is great potential in the rapid examination of skin disinfection effect.
