This paper proposes a SCS-UWB technique based on single-cycle modulation. Firstly the principle and framework of this modulation are illustrated, and its rationality is proved in theory. Secondly we simulate the modulated signal and analyze the power spectrum it produced. At last, the using prospect of this modulation method is briefly introduced.
