研究了轧制变形对Mg-0.6Zr合金阻尼性能变化的影响。结果表明经400℃热轧后,Mg-0.6Zr合金的阻尼性能大幅下降,且阻尼性能随变形量增大而降低。轧制变形后合金内形成了大量位错缠结,可动位错密度大幅降低,同时由于动态再结晶发生得不完全及亚晶界对位错野弓出冶产生的阻碍作用,是导致阻尼性能下降的主要原因。
The effects of rolling on the damping capacity of Mg-0.6Z alloy was studied. The results show that at the rolling temperature of 400℃, the damping capacity of Mg-0.6Z alloy decreases sharply. Furthermore, the damping capacity decreases with the increase of deformation extent. That can be explained by the mass of dislocation tangling formatted during rolling. Therefore, the movable dislocation density reduces severely and the dislocation's bowing out is impeded by the sub-boundary existed due to the incomplete dynamic recrystallization.
