功率放大器是无线通信系统的重要组成部分,然而功率放大器固有的非线性特性和记忆效应导致信号产生严重的失真。目前大多数文献都集中于无记忆功放线性化研究,随着OFDM等宽带无线通信技术的兴起,功放的记忆效应对信号的影响愈加显著。本文从功放记忆效应产生的原因入手,利用双音输入信号对其进行了理论推导和分析,阐述了记忆效应对功放输入信号的严重影响。基于此,本文重点探讨了功放的有记忆预失真技术,对国内外功放有记忆预失真技术进行了综述。
Power amplifier is an important part in wireless communications system.However,the inherent nonlinearity of power amplifier and memory effects lead to a serious distortion of the signals.Most literatures have focused on the nonlinearity of power amplifier without memory effects.With the rise of broadband wireless communications techniques such as OFDM,memory effects of the power amplifier can not be ignored.This paper starts with the mechanism of memory effects,then utilizes two-tone input signal to obtain the theoretical derivation and analysis of the PA memory effects,and describes the serious distortion of the input signal that memory effects cause,based on which,this paper focuses on the predistortion technologies that are used to linearize PAs with memory effects,and pointed out that the memory effects of the power amplifier and memory predistortion techniques require further study.
