综述了PCB高速数控钻床的发展现状,讨论和比较了国内外主流PCB高速数控钻床的加工特点、钻削能力和动态性能等;分析了PCB高速数控钻床对电主轴、支撑、进给、控制系统、检测技术和压力脚等关键技术的要求及其发展趋势;提出我国目前PCB钻床与国外产品的差距及研发PCB高速数控钻床亟待解决的关键问题。
The development status of the high-speed PCB NC drilling machine is summarized and the processing characteristics, drilling capacity and dynamic performanee of the main high-speed PCB NC drilling machine at home and 'abroad are discussed and compared. The key technologies such as electro-spindle, supporting , feeding, controlling system, detection technology and pressing foot of this machine are analyzed. The differences between the PCB drilling machines made in China and the foreign products are presented, and the key issues to be settled urgently at present are proposed.
